Joined the Sametime for iSeries team to help port the Sametime addon from Windows to iSeries. Promoted to team leader, overlooking all aspects of porting process. Duties included:
- Configure and support build tools, compile new code drops, fix porting issues
- Wrote test cases, supported test team issues, and eventually responsible for move of entire test team to China.
- Perform Level 3 support for Customers, including fixing configuration issues, debugging errors, and building fixpacks and hotfixes.
- Became Sametime of iSeries Team Leader, overlooking all aspects of the porting process
- Coordinated with the China team to move porting and supporting Sametime over to China.
